My Goals:
To be as healthy and strong as possible, through a healthy diet and plenty of exercise. I do not have a weight goal, but I would like to reach a size 10.

My Program:
I'm a vegetarian and I eat between 1200 to 1500 calories a day.

Less sitting and more moving! My goal is to exercise 5 to 6 days a week for at least 60 minutes each day.

Personal Information:
I am a born again Christian and mom to two awesome sons. I am 53 years old.

Other Information:
I workout at home and I collect fitness DVD's. Some of my favorite at home workouts & instructors are; Les Mills Pump, DDP Yoga, 30 Minutes To Fitness, Ellen Barrett and Violet Zaki.

I'm always glad when you stop by my page.

Thanks so much for praying for my grandson; he is still in ICU, hopefully he'll go to the next floor this week, we'll have to wait and see. Please continue to pray for him.

Thanks for your support too here on Spark. I am noticing some changes in my body, not much but the small things add up to be big ones. I do have more energy though and I am really grateful for that.

I have a Georgia girly shirt hanging up that I want to wear by the end of next month; I'll try it on the end of September too.

I'm so proud of you too sis; it seems like you're like me, my mind is totally different this time, it's in a good way! Keep that streak going. I know you're doing your best.

I'm doing the Intensity challenge too! I like these challenges Pixie...keep that brain of your working on new ones...lol

I have been trying some new meals and healthy snacks too. Luvin it!
