Do at least one 20 mile bike ride by the end of summer (met summer 2011)
Get down to 170 by next October (2012) and re-set goals after that.
Run. Bike. Repeat. And some strength training.

Just popping around Spark today - I hope all is well - the bridesmaid dress pic is beautiful!! Now that it fits so nice....make a new goal - make it fall off of you! LOL No kidding...I did that with my SILs AND my own wedding dress! You can do it too!!!!
