We've done that leave in the dark/get home in the dark thing and it is not a natural rhythm for us. Sunshine is a necessity. One year we had 40+ consecutive days of overcast skies...my husband struggled...and when the sun finally came out, he just stood in the yard and looked UP.
Iâ€™ve been working my fanny off to be healthy, lose weight and have more energy. Iâ€™ve been at it for months now and have done wonderful! So now that Iâ€™ve been so successful, I can take a meal break and have a double bacon cheeseburger, large fries and a soda!!! Yay!! .....WRONG!!! This is a lifestyle change, not a temporary fix until I hit that magic number or get that magic thin feeling. Train your brain and the rest will fall into place! Keep working at itâ€¦.the rewards are not food related.
