.5 pounds per week until low 160's. Then hold.

1 pound a week until I reach 160, was just unrealistic at this lower end of the weight range.

I loved in Alaska for a year and loved it too for all the same reasons. On occasion I had to go above or beyond the tree line and in those cases I thought it was desolate.

But to travel 12000 mile just to run around on cold damp gravel? Ugh. I am not 23 anymore. That was a world away.

Though I am thinking of a half at Barrow ...

Thanks for dropping by the Re-Creation Zone.

If you remember, it was not so long ago that I was wondering whether or not it could be done. Now 242 lbs later as I look back, some days I ask how did I do it.

The answer is simple. If it were not for commitment and dedication along with a great plan (SparkPeople) and SparkBuddies like you it wouldhave been impossible.

Simple, but not always easy, but we did it. Thanks for being out there for me.
