My Goals:
I actually BEGAN this journey March 16, 2011. That's when I started actively using this site. My goal, first and foremost is to be healthy and fit. 208 03/16/2011 195 *done* 190 *done* 185 *done/undone/uhg* 180 174 (out of obese catagory) 170 165 160 155 150 145 (normal BMI) 140 135
My Program:
Eating fresh, whole foods. Breaking up with my evening glass of wine (it's not you, my beautiful fermented grape friends, it's me). Lots of strength/core training. I met with a personal trainer 4 times a month who kicked my butt and every other muscle in my body. Now it's time to do this alone and I'm finding my way.
Personal Information:
I'm 44, the mother of three girls - 22, 16 & 13. I have a wonderful husband of over twenty years and two goofy little dogs. I used to be a soldier. I'm not afraid to push myself physically or mentally and HATE giving up on anything!
Other Information:
Things I love: books, art, history, travel, wine, architecture, being outside and learning new things about people and places. I'm not a willing technophile - I actually only use the internet when I have to and it's usually brief.
