Trying something new

So I've been a member before..and off again.. Now I'm back on but with a purpose. I've joined Weight Watchers and I'm pretty happy tracking points. I need to lose about 140lbs to get to a healthy weight and I will be taking it one pound at a time. Will I fall? occasionally, but I will not be deterred from my ultimate goal.

Life in general can get crazy..and I've used that as an excuse to derail me, but no more. that is completely unacceptable. It's time to get movin. Happy ...

05%~ 14lbs -- Met 10/23/11! :)
10% ~27lbs -- Met July 2013 (long time to go for just a measly 5% but I did it!!)
20%~ 55lbs
30%~ 83lbs
40%~ 111lbs
50%~ 140lbs
just all in all be a healthier, happier and well balanced person.

My Program:
I'm following Weight Watchers points plus.. this is the first time I've ever really tracked what I've eaten. I've also started an 8wk bootcamp & just in general try to exercise at least 30 minutes most days.

Personal Information:
I'm just Jess from St. Louis. No kids, but a large extended family. Currently single though that status is due to change any moment now. Finished my Master's in Elementary ED-- no teaching job yet.. just a boring desk job where I sit on my behind all day long

Thanks for checking out my blog. Have you read The Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck? There's a spark team for it. It has loads of really helpful stuff in it to help you lose weight no matter what diet plan you're on.
