My Goals:
My goal is to be healthier. I want to lose about 153 pounds. I want to learn to be more consistent in exercising. I want to eat more healthy than I already do. I eat healthy for the most part. But I have several bad habits that I need to address.

I am attending a wellness class. Our leader for the group asked us to write down 5 habits we would like to change and our steps to make the change happen.

1. Not drinking enough water.

2. Not eating lunch at a reasonable time and allowing my blood sugar to drop.

3. Eating the skin of chicken. ( I take it off the breast and thigh.

4. Eating in front of the T.V.

5. Not eating good fat.


My Program:
Instead of overview my goals, I am listing the plans to change my the 5 habits.

1. I will drink at least 3 bottle waters a day.

2. I will pay attention to the time, so that I will eat on time.

3. I will pull the skin off the chicken leg & throw it away at the beginning of the meal.

4. I will eat dinner at the kitchen table.

5. I will begin to incorporate oil & reduced mayo in my foods i.e. I will add olive to my vegetables. I will use mayo on my turkey burger in moderation
