My Goals:
Okay. Something personal. 10 years of severe health difficulties. Still messed-up but not as much as before. Too many bad meds. General health and metabolism shot. Past: bit too thin, working too hard, not eating. Present goals: learning what and how to eat and how to sleep. Movement and balance again. Straightening out the metabolic disaster. Learning I have a body.

Phase II, 3 months later: General health and metabolism good; a little underweight. Current goals: maintain and improve overall wellness with this new awareness SP has helped me with, continue the struggle for sleep. Gain some more muscles!

My Program:
6.10.11: 17.3% BF. Lower BF to 15% by September.
6.17.11: More underweight still. Gain muscle weight.
7.1.11:15% BF. Same weight.
7.8.11: More underweight still. Stop, please.
7.21.11: Even more underweight. Alas.
9.16.11: Both LBM & overall weight, better.
9.23.11: Gain in both LBM & overall weight. Hurray!!
10.7.11: 14.2% BF.
11.17.11: Gain 3 1/2 lbs LBM!
1.13.12: 11.2% BF & no longer underweight!
2.5.12: 10.9% BF
6.21.12: 11.9% BF
7.8.12: 10.9% BF, 109.6 lbs - highest LBM ever!

Thanks on what you said about my writing. It's also rare that people commented on my writing style :D I wrote straight from what I felt at the time of writing so I guess that's why unclouded as you said it. Making things simple from big and confusing things, I didn't notice that was what I did - maybe I always try to see things in easier way, ask questions till there's no more misunderstanding or unclear muddy areas :D

The soup really was amazing, so much so my mum who only had a small taste went out and bought the biggest cauliflower so I could make a batch for her! Hope you enjoy it, it's now my favourite soup. I didn't have any onions so used a whole leek instead, which worked well and I think I will continue to do.

Thanks for the tip on the Collard leaf. This has been on my list to find for a while now. Collard greens is just not something I've seen around much, actually I've never seen it. I often wonder if it's like Callalloo which is something I grew up on and love but can only find in small carribean markets in London. I mostly use Romaine lettuce for wraps but it would be great to try something which is much more hearty and wraps better, which it sounds like collards does. I will certainly keep an eye out for it at the market. I'm also on the hunt for grape leaves to make bitesize wraps too. So many amazing things I want to make just need to be smart about finding the ingredients!

What you said in your blog's comment, I agree. No one seem to judge me in the sessions. I laugh and be as loud as I can when I play. Simply put, the 2 hours per session is when I don't have to worry about anything but to improve my skills and play hard!

Oh, and the Captain is pretty impressive and an inspiration. I'm happy that I know him in and out the field, along with other players, too :D

Thanks for your blog's comment. I think I need to withdraw from people; people make me so tired. I think I'm losing myself just by human interaction unless I can just be my true self. Anyhow, I was going to respond more to your blog's comment but I ended up saying a lot so I made another blog post.
