I will work on procrastination as I have worked on getting fit and healthy Have just read the spark article on procrastination. The following hit home for me; How many times have you said no to an opportunity because you had to take care of something you put off earlier. How many lost opportunities can you accept. Lets make action a habit instead. Focus on the toughest hurdle first. Follow one strategy and the momentum carries through most of the day. I have used this for some issues in my life.
