Fresh Start
Seven months ago I was medically retired from the Air Force. I use to be on this site regularly, but towards the end of my career I simply quit. Now I am a full-time student, mom, and wife. On top of my eighteen hour days, I am dealing with a busted achilles tendon from 2008 when I injured it in Iraq. I underwent three surgeries on it in 2009, leaving me worse off than I was when I started. Now the VA is trying to fix my foot, while constantly placing restrictions upon me. I hate how I ...

I hate how I look in the mirror, so I am starting this all over again.

My Goals:
I was once a size 12 at 170 and was pretty happy with myself. I would really love to be there again.
My Program:
Current Program: Gym M-F Cardio: 30-40 minutes a day alternating what I do each day. Weight Training: I am going to try to fit in a spark people workout three times a week.
