Hi there - I am in my forties and put on the pounds without even thinking. This is a new stage in my life where I want to maintain a healthy weight and still enjoy my social time with wine and food - is this possible? I know now the answer is yes. I feel after only one week that I have more energy. It is all about planning things and being aware for me.

My goals are to lose weight, have more energy, and feel more in control of my life and level of emotion.

My Program:
I am watching what I eat, exercising using the spark plan that was designed for me, and trying to drink more water. The water goal is the most challenging for now as I do not always meet that goal. I keep working on it though.

Penelopehope!

Thank you for you insight and visiting my page. I may have to do that ( add additional programs that is). I only do about 30-45 min. a day so maybe I just need to add something else into the plan!! Just trying to keep away from the dark side.. :)
