My Goals:
To get below 159 for a start, so I am only "overweight" on the BMI scale instead of "obese".
Ugh, I hate labels!


My Program:
My program keeps evolving as I look for the magic foods that will make me feel vibrant and lose weight as a side effect. I am trying to change my mindset from "diet" processed foods based on calories to healthy choices of whole natural foods.

My exercise has to be fun and enjoyable to me or I won't do it.

Personal Information:
I am 64 living on the west coast.

Other Information:
I love reading, traveling, and learning about new things. I am always digging into some new subject, especially on the internet. Probably a major cause of my inactivity and weight gain. I need an exercise to do with a laptop!
I adore books! My home is filled to the brim with an eclectic collection of fascinating words and knowledge.
I also love to experience new cultures and travel to different countries.
