My Goals:
To be HAPPY!


To be comfortable in my own skin.

To be naked without feeling shame.

To fit back into all of my clothes, instead of just some of them.

My Program:
Being poor feeds unhealthy habits. So I have to make due with what I have.

Portion size is key. We eat a lot of high-fat foods in my house. I can't always skip them, so I eat half or quarter of what is served, and save the rest for another meal.

Daily exercise (with weekends to rest) is also important. With a long commute to work, I fit my workouts in at night. My workouts include a variety of popular home exercise programs: 10 Minute Trainer, Shawn T's Rockin' Body, TurboFire, Turbo Jam, Zumba, Hip Hop Abs, Insanity, ChaLEAN Extreme, Tae Bo, Brazilian Butt Lift, and P90X. Thank goodness for peer-to-peer file sharing!

Hi, Peach! I just noticed you said you were a little blue today for some reason. Do you still feel that way, or has something or someone come to your rescue? You are very beautiful and I see you have reached your goal.

Could that be part of the problem? I'm just fishing here.

Wish you the best of luck at maintaining your goal. That can be really difficult.

emoticon . We all feel discouraged at times, it helps me to take one day at a time. One thing I have learned since I have been with SP, if I overeat and track today, than I do not overeat the next day. It helps me to know what I am doing and the trackers help me to know. I always track on overeating days and healthy day. I do not feel guilty when I overeat, because it is just for the day. Tomorrow, is a new day and on that day, I choose not to overeat. This is a journey and you are not alone. emoticon emoticon

Hang in there PEACH1981. We sometimes just have those days whe we just feel BLAH no matter how awesome we are.

You are amazing not isolate yourself, reaching out for support is one of the best things to do to conquer that pesky low self esteem.
