Paula3420, thank you for answering. Anything you want to know about my success just ask, I hope I can help people just me who can't seem to get this "monkey" off their back!!! By passing on my successful lifestyle change I hope I can help someone else.
The first thing you need to do though is want bad enough to lick this monkey! Changing your eating lifestyle is not easy after years of poor choices. I know this for a fact but if you want to bad enough you will lose weight till you are at a normal weight, exercise regularly and believe in yourself! Changing you lifestyle of eating is the only way you will achieve your goals.
Don't accept the Genetics speal as a crutch. Genetics or not, eating properly is the biggest thing one can do to reduce or even cure your diabetes.
