Trying to keep within calorie range for each day by taking one day at a time. Walking outside or on treadmill 5 days a week.

Hi there! I'm very late with this, but wanted to drop by and thank you for your comments on my "Journey" blog and my before photo.

I appreciate that you said it gives you hope...that's exactly why I posted them. When I started back this time around at nearly 200 pounds with 80 or so to lose, it really helped me to see how others had succeeded.

It can be done and then (perhaps more importantly) maintained. I've now maintained at my goal range 115 - 120 pounds for over 6 months and am forever grateful for the support of those who had done it before me.

Don't give up...you can do it...you only have to be willing to change some things and try some new things. And, it's totally worth it to feel good and be able to enjoy life as you want to . emoticon
