My Program:
I'm a Weight Watcher and attend weekly meetings with a group of my very best friends. It's taken about 12 years to lose 93 pounds from my top weight, but it's a permanent loss because it's taken so long. "The weight was well worth the wait"
I endured a 3 year weight plateau, then began following the Blood Type Diet in earnest in December 2011, and feel a lot better, healthier, cleaner, and am dropping weight once again. I love having food boundaries because I don't do well when left to my own devices. I like everything and tend to indulge myself with too many taste treats!! I work the BTD within the bounds of my Weight Watchers Point Plus Plan which gives me an even wider safety net. When I feel secure and successful with my food choices, I feel stronger and more proactive in life and better able to make the decisions that bring about positive changes.

Other Information:
I am grateful to God for His amazing grace, and "dwell under the shadow of his wings" every day that I live. Psalm 91.

I believe I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, Phil. 4:7.
Knowing Jesus as my Lord and Savior has made ALL the difference in my life.

Hi Pattycake, I was doing a search on Low Carb and WW and saw a comment that you have tried something similar. I am a WW member and am feeling very sluggish with my carby choices and am literally falling asleep at my desk in the afternoons. Anyway, I like the WW foundation but want to get back to LC. Can you recommend any Sparks groups or other resources that you found beneficial? I will plan on logging everything on my Spark tracker since it calculates carbs. Thanks!
