I am currently doing the 21 Day Fix & it is amazing! Great total body workout program...cardio, weight training, yoga, pilates, etc! The food plan teaches portion control & is very east to adapt to my likes, dislikes, & lifestyle. It really is so simple to follow, not tracking, no counting calories, just simple clean eating & exercise....LOVE It!

Are the cauliflower mashed potatoes pretty good? I definitely want to try them! And as for the soda--you sound just like me, only I drink Pepsi! Haha. I hope I can stop, but I've become so dependent on it. However, I didn't have any yesterday and just a few sips of a Diet Pepsi the day before, so I'm doing better!

I've never really gotten into workout videos. Then again, I never know which one to choose. If you have some suggestions, I would love to check them out! And the same goes for the recipes!! I don 't have ANY good casserole or soup recipes! My e-mail is caschreur@gmail.com
