If you really want to do something, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse.

I currently live in Middle Georgia with my husband.
My goal is to lose 5-10 more lbs. and then I will stop. I don't want to be tooooo thin. I want to do this stress free because I don't want stress belly fat !!
I eat whatever I feel like eating. There are no No-No's in my food choices. Over-eating has not been my problem over the past 3 yrs.
Most days I under eat and consume to much sugar (coffee creamer and not the sugar free kind, yuck). I love taking my Boxer with me on ...

Exercise Daily

Strength Train 3 days/wk

Stretches everyday

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Northern California. I really miss the weather/seasons there. Most people who meet me say I am a loving, free-spirit. I've always loved hearing that.
I love to shop. That is my hobby and my therapy. :-)
Aside from working, I do my best to avoid drama. On my own time, I Do pretty much whatever I want, Eat whatever I want and try to make my world my playground. Now that I'm in my fifties it seems like life is zipping by and I want to spend the remainder of my time on this earth being as happy as possible.

Other Information:
Obviously I do not know how to download pics, otherwise they wouldn't show up sideways ! Lmbo

That is so sad Patty, I suppose looking for something new is not an option. I hate to see people so unhappy at work, it is how and why the stress builds up and with that weight gain.

Thanks for the cupcake! I have not had any sweets in a week... that is good for me!
Have a wonderful weekend.

On the negative self-talk challenge:
When we're beating ourselves up, a tiny blunder is inflated into an epic typhoon of failure. So the next time a negative thought intrudes, take a few deep breaths and then quickly narrow it down and put your problems into the smallest box possible. If you think you messed up, instead of saying, 'I'm an idiot' say, 'I can do this better.' Visualizing that box can really help."

Seeing a tiny box in your mind shows the actual size of the problem and helps you feel more confident that you can take it on.

Have a great weekend!
Linda
