My Goals:
I want to lose 5 pounds.

I will accomplish this by logging my food intake and my exercise.

I will follow the advice of my diet doctor and my fitness coach (me)!

Current fitness schedule:
M-F 5:45-6:15 AM walk/jog with my dog "Benny." Have added a 20 lb vest to the mix for walking only!


M/W/FR 6:15-6:45 AM ABs and Yoga in my Zen room.

T/TH/SA weights and ABs in my Zen Room!

Personal Information:
I live in western Massachusetts.

I've been married to a really fun guy since 1980.

We have two grown children and are happy "empty nesters."

I love to garden, belly dance, and sew.

I also love to write. I hope to be a published author someday.

I've been a professional clown since 1976.

Other Information:
I teach fourth grade in a large (550+ kids) regional elementary school.

Patsy, I didn't know if you heard about the head-on collision accident that I was in. I posted an updated blog about my current injuries. I'm so proud of you for making daily healthy choices and permanent lifestyle changes, resulting in fulfilling positive results! I'm giving you a STANDING OVATION for the goals you have achieved and the progress you continue to make! You are:
