My Goals:

My Program:
Summer 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment
Except for Saturday -rest day- 120 mins walk or hike a day. Two to three times a week, some stretching/yoga and ST.

Personal Information:
From Grecia, Alajuela, Costa Rica. I live in the mountains (at an altitude of 4757 ft). Married for a lot of years. 3 grown-up kids already gone. An adorable grandson, Jose Antonio, and a lovely granddaughter, Desiree, whom I take care of, weekdays. My mom also lives with us. I'm a TEFL (teacher of English as a foreign language), but currently not working on that, but as a caregiver at home.

My interests:
Besides my family, I love walking/hiking, my garden, Internet forums, reading, my pets, 2 dogs - 4 cats. Oh, and I'd love to travel overseas often, but can't afford it :-))

Thank you for the Goodie on my Awesome a day.
I am impressed by your 15000 steps per day. I hit 10K last week but it is usually around 6-8.
Sounds like you have a good plan.
