Hey Patio! How's your week gone? I've done some "lonely" and "bored" eating for the last two days and gone over my range. I have a renewed sense of motivation today. I actually keyed in what I ate on the tracker and WOW. That thing is such a good tool to see in blank and white the damage done.
Are you an emotional eater? If so, how do you cope? I've been journaling, meditating, exercising, and when ever possible, being around people. Any other ideas to share?
