-Use Shaklee 180 so I can maximize inches loss and pounds loss! -Drink lots of water- at least 10-12 glasses every day -Exercise 5-6 times/week -Try to include exercise dvd in addition to walking 6x week and strength training and bike. -High fiber at least 35 gms/day
