Winning Against All Odds
Hello! I am now 53 years old, married 30 years and have two grown sons, a daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren. I love my family. After being diagnosed with Chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis 23 years ago, prednisone (and eating) has cause me to be overweight. I am losing weight to be healthy, to feel better and for my family. To lose 20 pounds by March 19, 2013... The best birthday present ever.
I plan to celebrate (a goal met) at each 5 pound loss with small rewards!

Taking care of health challenges and problems with doctors.
Keep moving as much as RA, OA and fibromyalgia will allow me... water aerobics is the best!
Drinking 4-6 glasses of water daily.
Being accountable for whatever I eat by writing it down.
Keeping connected to Spark People at least once weekly.
