I just finally climbed Mt St Helen's this year which has been one of my major fitness goals! So I'm done making excuses for myself. I've made great progress and I'm done holding myself back from completely all my goals including losing the rest of this weight! I'm done with the diet mentality. I'm done not trying things because I'm too fat or too slow or not active enough. I'm done eating things that are bad for my body when I don't actually enjoy them anymore. I'm DONE MAKING EXCUSES!!!
