Starting Afresh

joined sp in november 09 a whopping 115kg! i lost about 5kg but i regained it all back and then some. i'm detemined to start afresh and my goal is to drop 30kg! all set to go!

my goal is to shed weight slowly but surely, and improve my overall health and energy levels.

My Program:
try new recipes and cooking methods;
drink plenty water;
avoid/limit fast food, sodium and sugar;
make daily nutrition plans;
exercise at last 30 minutes daily;
weigh in weekly;
stop eating between meals;
be more active.

We often let the business of life shortchange us from those little luxuries like a long bath, painting our nails, deep conditioning our hair, changing the sheets (don't you love the way they feel?) etc. Today is YOUR day! Thank you so much for the very handy food scales, O! My daughter took hers (the only one we had) with her when she moved away and I've been wanting one, even a virtual one, to remind me of the importance of measured portions!
