I finally see that my weight issues will never go away. I have to face them daily and make better choices. I'll never give up! I have given up time and time again, started over and ignored my weight, but I'm done. It's time to see the reality. I need to take better care of myself.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my page. I've committed to changing my life more than once, and I'm doing it again. It's time to buckle down and get back to business***** I CAN DO THIS!*****

PLAN OF ACTION:
-Burn 3500 cal per week or at least exercise 3x a week for
30 minutes.
-Consume 1200-1500 calories per day.
-Water, water, water--and more water!
-Eat as few processed foods as possible.
-Focust on portion control
-STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM PROCESSED SUGARY "Treats".

I originate from southern MN. I live in Ohio now. It took me some time to adjust to living so far away from my family and friends, but I'm at home here now and it feels good to be home!!!

    Hi, I saw your comment on Mel's page. I did the Plan in early this year with great success - lost more weight than I had hoped and got back to my all time low. I maintained fairly easily for about 3 months and then summer and my DD's visit happened. She stayed for nearly 3 months and just as I was getting ready to get rid of those 5 pounds that crept up, we went on a month long trip. The biggest thing I have learned is that wheat is not my friend and that starch/protein combo can be hazardous (not always). I love the recipes and still use several on a weekly basis.     I did the plan for a while too, it is good. Lis does it too.

    It helped me lose some pounds and find out what foods cause inflammation for me. Very interesting concept and it is worth a try.

    The soups are delicious! ( and the grilled veg!) Yum!
