Hey! wanted to stop by and say hi! Hope your journey with weight loss is going well. I haven't been on much lately so I wanted to catch up with some Spark friends. I was looking at your weight, and ya know we weigh the same! Wow! But I have been stuck here for sometime. Like over a month. I know I have not always been on the straight path. But I have spent days being very faithful working out hard and eating right and drinking 10 glasses of water a day and still not lose. I guess I have reached a plateau thst I need to break some how. If you've noticed this 2 let me know. I could use the company!! Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi. I am in Texas, not Knoxville but I know there is a walking club close to your area if you are interested in participating in local events on a regular basis. I do similar walks every weekend. We are not "fund raising" clubs, we are for fun, fitness and fellowship. Our clubs are family oriented and most events are baby stroller, and pet friendly. Our object is to keep a record book and collect a stamp for each event that we do. I've done over a 1000 of the 10K events in Texas and in 46 other states. Here is the information on your local club:
Club Name: East Tennessee Wanderers Address: 3837 Channel Harbor Rd City: Louisville State: TN Zip: 37777 Contact: Joel D. Bonewitz Phone: (865) 984-1513 Website: www.easttennesseewanderers.org Email: firstname.lastname@example.org

Standing at the starting line gives you permission to hope. Taking the time to train, putting in the mileage, making the changes in your life, and taking the risks has given you consent to hope for the best in yourself.
