I want to lose 20 pounds within the next 6 months.
My goal is to walk 5 days a week for 45-50 minutes. I will not drink sodas and will drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Update: 7/28/2008 Cardio (treadmill) 57 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I will perform strength training on M-W-F for 30 minutes.
