The motivation has arrived! I am going to send you an invitation to join the Summer 5% Weight Loss Challenge. Get on the Starfish Team, it's a high energy rocking team. This spring I've only done 3% but that is 6 pounds and there is still a week to go! I love the support and friendliness of the people.
I always think that the start to a new week is the perfect time to get back on track with eating right and exerising if things didn't go quite as planned over the weekend.
I got an unexpected day off today and plan to hit the gym and get an extra long workout in!!

I was reading the comments about not eating. This year I am eating high fiber dinners to keep me full after dinner. If I get the urge I go to bed a little earlier. I am training myself to not reward myself with food for staying up late.
Good to know I am not the only bugged by women exercising in push up bras, etc. LOL.
