Hello, I live on the WA coast. I am 30 years old. I love the outdoors. The beach, the woods/camping, and my yellow dog.
I have struggled all my life with my weight. I try to exercise at the gym about 3+ times a week and have a fairly active job. Over the last two years I have ditched flab , gained muscle and found a new love for fitness. I feel good about myself . Now all I have to do is keep on keepin' on.

My Goals:
My monthly goal is to hit 500 fitness minutes.

My forever goal is to be healthy and take care of my heart.

I am aiming for progress not perfection.

My Program:
I am taking gym classes two-four times a week or working out at home. My diet is flexible...I watch portions but don't restrict anything. I drink about 64+ounces of water everyday.

Other Information:
THE HEART'S A MUSCLE...WORK IT!!!

Food is not love, company,or a shoulder to lean on...it is fuel for your body and nothing more. The present does not have to resemble the past.

Life's a garden dig it.

Girl you are killing it! Keep it up! Do you feel more energized now and less stressed?

Honestly I cannot afford a gym or classes right now so I'm kind of on my own. I've been running with a friend of mine at night and at my local park. Doing my own cross training and strength. Meh I cant complain we have nice weather might as well take advantage right? I'm starting school tomorrow so I'm going to really have to figure out a balance for myself.

My back has been fine but when I'm not active or stretching I can feel it tensing up, and it can sometimes throb pretty painfully. That's only if I'm not stretching it though. So I'm pretty much good but weight gain is no bueno for me so I have to get myself together! lol
