My PF is the worst ever in my right foot right now and I seriously link it to not exercising ENOUGH (there is that word again) and some people have told me diet will play a part. I'm using my ball to stretch it but I am not doing everything else I can to make it better.

The good news is that this burlap is a little more supple than most...and not smelly..which is a HUGE plus! The bad news is I have 15 yards to cut up...oh my gravy...I'm a sucker for putting myself in a tizzy doing too much in too short of time. If only I could clone me~self...all would be well! 13 days ago
