My goal is to reach 199 by Christmas time (hence the Alice in Wonderland background).

Third time's a charm!
Just joined the Virtual Race that Spark People is holding at the end of October --- i've never run before and so i am going to do the 1 mile beginners run. NEVER thought this would be something i would ever do!!! SO excited though! Sparkpeople is really broadening my horizons!

My Goals:
To get healthy and learn to like myself for who i am. I will be in 'Onederland' by Christmas 2011! To get there i am going to not only track and measure what i eat but i will also actively exercise at least 3 times a week.

My Program:
 To reach my goal i am trying to follow Sparks to the letter of the law... i LOVE the food tracker, it's really helping me account for everything that i am putting in my mouth. And i never thought i would say this but i am learning to love exercising (gasp) if my family would here me say that they would think i was abducted by aliens (my license plate says "MY UFO" but that is just because its a silver Saturn and i have a lead foot - Maryland State Police have no sense of humor though.

Personal Information:
Living in Fairfield PA (we are close to Ski Liberty - i don't ski, and Camp David - never saw the president but i have seen Air Force 1 fly into my hometown of Hagerstown MD ).

Married to a wonderful man with a heart of gold and a great sense of humor!

Other Information:
 LOVE to read and laugh (try to do both as much as possible) and of course can't forget i'm a football fanatic!!
