Edward Gorey had such a droll (and dark) sense of humor. ;-)

My Two Rides are my Running Legs, and my Broomstick ;-)

I'm a thirtysomething gal & java addict who took up this fitness thing approximately 5 years ago.

Working out is cheap psychotherapy for me, so I love it. :D But I need a little help in resting/relaxation (do too little of it), not to mention in the nutrition department (I *heart* potato chips & Doritos too much). So there you go - my fitness dichotomy is of extremes, ha!

I LOVE the 5-3-1 program! I did Boring But Big when I had more time to workout this summer and got great results. The Triumverate is great to break up the boredom though. I'm sort of re-planning my next month on the program though because I feel like my lower body is progressing WAAAAAYYYYY faster than my upper. I might do core work on squats/deadlifts days and then Boring But Big for the upper body days. I'm in the recovery week right now, so I need to decide soon. :)

Hi there! When are you U.S. bound?!

Everything is going pretty well on my end. Just been busy running and working. Life is not too exciting. I am looking forward to the marathon in January so I can take the focus off of training for a while after that!
