Yes, it's what use to be called phen phen. I think some of the 15 was water and I know I won't lose that much in a month again probably and she did encourage only 8. The only difference at my first month follow up was my blood pressure went from 110/66 to 126/80 but that's still healthy.

Thank YOU for stopping by the page! That is my brother's newest addition to the family Compound! i just now wonder how he is going to be able to keep the place up since his resent heart attack. We love it. Most of the family all live right in the area that you are looking at, so he sold the camp up in Chestertown, NY which was about an hour from the homes. This sure made life easier, no more travel to get away for a swim etc. Cut down on younger family members on gas expence! If your in the area please let me know. Hope your doing well!
