Been on vacation for the last week and to make it a true vacation I go electronically free! Need the break from all of electronics, being attached wherever I go. I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. I am trying to eat grain free, taking it slowly as I just cant throw out good food but I am kinda letting my dh eat the bread stuff. I am trying to eat as natural as possible. Pure food, no mixes, such as eating hummus with sliced colorful peppers instead of chips and or crackers. In the am I had 3 pcs of bacon and an apple, although I try not to have too many fruits. For dinner I am going to have steamed broccoli and cauliflower w a silver of real butter - it is delicious and then a bit of lean gr beef that I cooked earlier and maybe some tomato slices on it. Eventually I may not even eating hummus although I can make it with just the beans and olive oil. We shall see as I learn. After two days of doing this and eating til I am full I have lost 1.4 lbs.

I believe I can do this since I have done other before but this go around I have some help along the way (like you) that may make this a permanent change. I'm doing ok thanks for asking. Had that Mirena put it and that was no joke slowed be down for a day and I defiantly didnt feel like working after I had it done first thing in the morning.
