Successfully complete the 5% (11.5 lbs) Summer Weight Loss Challenge. My personal goal is to lode 10% of my body weight during the course of this Summer challenge (23 lbs).
17 Day Diet - Basic cutting of bad carbs, increasing water, veggie intake, adding green tea, probiotics, and daily movement to my life.
Walking 15 minutes daily a day for 2 weeks. Increasing to 30 minutes daily for the next 2 weeks. Continue 30 minute walks most days of the week (4-5 days) and add rebounding (trampoline) and small weights for the remaining 4 weeks.
