Short Term Goals: Improve the circulation in my legs. The swollen ankles and feet are bothering me (no pain, just does not look good)!! DO BETTER, FEEL BETTER!

Period of Recommitment! So tired of yo-yo fad dieting!! - PORTION CONTROL (smaller meals more times per day) - INCREASE IN FREGGIES and UNPROCESSED FOODS - DRINK WATER - DAILY DOSE OF LEMON JUICE -MOVE MORE (get the circulation in my legs on track)

I love the female M&M characters!!! Green was always a favorite and then they introduced Brown!!! Love these Sassy Sweeties!!
