My Goals:
Have totally totally lost my way and gained all of my weight back and now I need to just get back on the wagon. The next 30 days will be spent getting into the habit of eating healthy again and exercising.
My Program:
1. No take out and no running to the grocery for junk food for at least 30 days 2. Waking up at 5-6 AM every morning for 30 days. 3. Eating 4 meals a day for at least 30 days. 4. Working out 2-3 times a day for 30 days. 5. Logging into SparkPeople for at least 30 days straight.
