Have totally totally lost my way and gained all of my weight back and now I need to just get back on the wagon. The next 30 days will be spent getting into the habit of eating healthy again and exercising.
1. No take out and no running to the grocery for junk food for at least 30 days
2. Waking up at 5-6 AM every morning for 30 days.
3. Eating 4 meals a day for at least 30 days.
4. Working out 2-3 times a day for 30 days.
5. Logging into SparkPeople for at least 30 days straight.
