Gail, thanks for stopping by my page. I am doing well, except for this weather change and cold temps that are hindering me. Burrr! I have lost some weight this BLC and can make my goal with that if I don't let this weather and the lazy days it brings get the best of me. How are you doing? Let's keep the main thing the main thing and find the victory there, girlfriend. Enjoy the journey, and progress--not perfection. emoticon emoticon Darlene emoticon

Worry over the future breeds anxiety. Fretting over the past breeds depression. Both can stop our good movement forward and put us in front of the TV with a bad movie and too much of the stuff we don’t need to put into our bodies. That horrid cycle, of course, breeds regret and dread that brings us to more of the same. I believe that is called “insanity”.

Instead work to stay in the present taking the next step needed for living to the full the “now” that is before you, having learned better ways from past experience and pushing forward with hope that right action now will produce a better tomorrow. This is living life with power that produces a good outcome and protects our journey from wasting away.

Plan for the future, yes; but let the first plan be to live your best you in the now you have to possess.

Gail, hope you're on the road to recovery.
Have you been able to post any StrongEnd points yet?
That pesky Googledoc sometimes doesn't load quite right for me.
Let me know if there's any way I can help you!
