Yes, the stand-up comedy workshop was fun and not too nerve-wracking. It was interesting, too. Looking forward to the next session.

Hello! And happy new year to you.
EE is emotional eating. I would have spelled it out, but I ran into the brick wall at the end of the line.

Naomi, even if the partial outage of phone service is due to construction, it's still Verizon being it's filthy self. That company has given me reasons to hate it for the past 10 years. Remember Lily Tomlin's character, Ernestine, on "Laugh-In?, always telling customers that they [the company] can do whatever what they want because "We're the phone company?" I hate myself, too, for being too lazy to look into the alternatives.

No, no, body composition analysis is nothing to be afraid of. It's completely pain- and discomfort-free and there is no preparation such as fasting for it. The results are useful, because they tell us what our max daily calorie intake can be for losing weight and how many calories we need to maintain weight. I stood barefoot on a machine that looks like a scale and held two handles tightly. That was the extent of it. Age, gender and level of physical activity are factors in the results.

Didn't you see "The Book of Mormon" a while back? I finally went a few weeks back and had a really good time.
