I have started my journey in August with a goal of losing 20lbs. I started down the path of a lifestyle change which meant changing eating habits and even the way I think about my food and portions!

Most of all, I am determined and accountable for everything I do. AND I LIKE IT THAT WAY... :-)

I am hopeful to be inspired and inspire others will help with my success and continue the "just right" challenge for me. Bring it on!

My Goals:
In the overall scheme lose 20 pounds.
However, losing 2 or 3 per month works just fine for me...slow and steady wins the race, right?


My Program:
Log every food, drink and condiment, everyday sometimes several times a day.

Workout for no less than 20-30 minutes a day. My schedule allows me to workout in the evening. It seems to work.
