Getting the weight off, for good this time!

Hi! I am a currently a SAHM of 3. We moved back to Minnesota in the summer of '11 and are trying to get back into civilian life after my husband served 11 years active duty in the Air Force. Most of that time we lived overseas.

I have made health and lifestyle changes (I hate calling it a diet) twice after my first two children were born and lost 40+ pounds both times. I had my last child in April last year and am ready to get all the weight off, for good this time. Ideally, I would like to lose at least 80 pounds.

My Goals:
Total weight loss goal: 80 lbs. Starting weight 218, goal weight 138. I am going to try to complete my goals before the end of the year.

Mini goals:

#1. Lose 7 pounds to get to pre-baby weight. (211)

#2. Lose 12 pounds to get into the 100s (199)

#3. Lose 6 pounds to get to pre-baby weight from second child (193)

My Program:
To start I am counting calories and will try to work out 2x week. Hoping to increrase my workout times this summer and fall.

Thanks so much for the comment on my page, Yes I did get it done in rochester, it was at cost cutters by target south. Man this weather is awesome I spent the afternoon at the park with my little niece. :) We had a blast.
