I'm Natalie :) I lost 30 pounds in 2009 and since then I gained it all back with a few extra pounds more (March 2011) I had been meticulously counting every calorie, and when I stopped, the weight crept back on. I am trying to find a balance--I do not like feeling obsessed with what I eat! I just want to be healthy. I'm 5'7" and would be happy to get to 145.

I am very outdoorsy, and I love to swim!

3) 05/07/11: 2nd Annual Monastery 5K! 40:01 (This one was on rocks, and a lot of it was uphill, hence the not-so-good time!)

Hiii! :) We can make it through December with just a few scratches-I know it! But you still have to come over on Sunday! ;) (We'll exercise it off on Monday, ok?) hehe

Good for you that the number hasn't gone up! Mine has. :( I'm working on it though and trying to make some healthy changes. Right now I'm going to spin class 5 days a week, swimming twice, and yoga once. I'm trying to increase my yoga and throw in some strength training somewhere. Ugh, it's just hard because I'm a full time student and have trouble managing my time. Sometimes I'll go a week without exercising because school is so rough and all I want to do is sleep. lol. Can't wait to graduate so I can exercise more regularly. What are you doing for exercise now? What are your new goals?

I can't wait for you to be better so you can come enjoy your new little nephew! Oh, and my cough did *not* go away. It is still hanging on and really becomes a bother when I get too warm but the other stuff is still gone. ??

Yeah, there is always some play in the numbers when it comes to tracking (since there are so many variables involved), but I figure if you track on the conservative side, you can't go wrong because the worst that could happen is you've really burned MORE than you think! ;) With the bike? I would track the mileage and speed without the incline (since it wasn't consistent). WAY TO GO!

And thanks about the pic. I thought J's legs were a nice added touch to it when I saw it too! Lol M took the pic, and I guess she didn't notice. :)
