HI there - THANK YOU so much for the comment on my photo blog and THANK YOU for the words of wisdom about maintenance. Right now I now NO intention to let it slack and play to keep working out as I have since I started. I have to stay healthy!! I have a bum ankle rightnow and it's driving me crazy that I can't workout yesterday or today. I admit I am scared of what COULD happen if I don't workout and if I go back to old habits.
