In need of being a healthier me!!!!!

Hi everyone! I am new to sparkpeople but have read great things. I recently went on vacation and saw pictures of myself. :( I had no idea my size was that big! I am a teacher in a health program and wanting to set a better example of what a healthy person is about. I am a mom to a dog and two kitties. I am looking forward to getting healthy with everyone here!!!!!
