I have been over 200lbs for too long and this year I plan to do my very best to lose and keep the weight off. I am really sick and tired of being on a weight-rollercoaster. Today: 1/19/16-242 To Lose: 70lbs Goal: 1/19/17- 172
My goals for losing weight and becoming more healthy is to do it the right way this time. In the past I would do fad diets and lose/gain and not exercise. Not anymore.
I have fallen off with using SP to track my food and water but I plan to get back on track with that.
As I become more familiar with Sparkpeople I find that it helps in making my healthy lifestyle adjustments easier.
I am also working on setting up a routine of exercising on a regular basis.
1. Lose 5lbs a month
2. Upgrade my nutrient intake
3.Have a great summer with my family!

How is the learning to swim thing going? I love the water and do a water workout at least three times a week. Even when I am carrying an injury, water exercise is always something I can do. Except now with a wound from surgery, I have to keep dry for a while.
