Seeking Inner Peace and Strength of Heart

Four months out from Chemo and almost a year since my Cancer diagnosis (StageIII Breast Cancer). The past year has shown me how strong I really am, who my friends truly are, and those who love me will stand next to me through thick and thin.

A few years ago, I completed my first 5K and I loved it. I had ran my first ever mile four months prior and I recall being so shocked I about fell over. I moved from the treadmill to cardio kickboxing classes the next year and never faltered. I then went on to complete back to back spin classes the year after w/o difficulty. What does this tell me? I can do it! I have done 120 push-ups in a 45min class, I have completed back to back extreme spin classes, and I have already ran my first mile ever in my life. I have done all this and I will do more!

I dream big but I also temper my dreams with reality. I dream of running a half marathon but I realize a 5K is an accomplishment all on its own. I dream of accomplishing the scorpion pose or the little thunderbolt pose but I know the forearm pose is quite an achievement.

I know what to do & I just have to do it:

Current Status:
NIKEIT2011 Yesterday morning Louie ,my furrbaby, went to the Rainbow Bridge. He was at home and it was almost instaneous. Thankful he did not suffer long if he suffered at all. Louie will be greatly missed.

*140lbs I am 5'2" this is comfy and muscular on me.

*Drop my fast food habit like a hot potato
*Run Baby Run!
*Yoga 3x/wk
*Drink 40oz water
*Eat 3-5 fruits/veggies daily
*Maintain healthy caloric levels
