Kudos to you for joining us here on the Raw Foodies Team. This will be one of the best decisions you have ever made. Sparkers come here and join this great team for a multitude of reasons. They may be curious about the health benefits of Raw Food and join to learn all about eating Raw. Many join for the weight loss. Many join the Team for a Detox. There are a great many people who do the Raw Food Diet as a Detox but then they realize how alive they feel and how the pounds melted away so effortlessly they decide to continue to eat this way. There are others who will join this Team for the health benefits of a Raw Food Diet. A diet based on raw food can reverse diabetes, arthritis (I personally have experienced this. I went off all of my arthritis meds after only a few weeks), heart disease, cancer (that is how I became involved with the Raw Food Diet when my sister was diagnosed with Lymphoma), eliminates migraines, the list goes on and on.

hey girl! thanks for the comment, that really did help. I was just contemplating whether or not to go get a chocolate bar or not right before i read it haha, ive decided not to. It is hard for me to find time to get to the gym and i feel like im being too hard on myself cuz im still working out just not as much as i usually do.

Also i cant wait for this last week to be over because im super pumped to start p90x! It's too bad you stopped, im getting the original version as well, i just ordered it so it should be here by the time finals are over. if you want we can start together and help each other keep on track, its always helpful to go through this stuff with someone

i hear you about being around people who eat junk, my room mate eats fast foods every night, i see her bring all this yummy food in the dorm and shes still thin as a rail! im so jealous, it makes it hard to keep up eating healthy food when u see others eat all they want and still look better then you! ugh! anyways thanks for your input, i appriciate it!
