YO! Thanks for the comment earlier today....!

For maybe the past month - I've slacked off... not REALLY bad...but I have gone back to my 'old' habits... first because I could - and secondly - now that I've done what I wanted with my eating... wow I feel pretty upset with myself - and how 'bad' I can feel because of my food intake... Its been actually a very eye opening time really...

I don't feel bad because I went back to the 'eat anything' mentality - I feel more empowered than in the past - because I've been able to really contrast my 'good' eating habits - and the way I'd feel... with my 'old' eating habits... and just how 'yucky' I can feel...!

what a difference our food makes...!!!!

I'm really pumped up for the show tonight - I'm ready to get back into my healthy eating habits again........ so all in all - I went through a season of just going back to the old ways - willingly - and I'm glad I did...
It has given me more reason to just push forward - and to eat better and feel better!

Thanks so much for your comment. Yes, remembering the good times is always the best. And, now that its been 1 1/2 since she's been gone, its easier, but days like today just bring such sadness and pain.

I just let it out and keep going.


Congrats on all your hard work! I decided tonight that I'd really include my mom's thoughts and honor into my new life style. She never chose to be sick, and always tried to take care of herself, but I'll do this and be healthy, cause she couldnt. :)

Hey Nica! How are you? :) Thanks for the blog comment. I know I should probably plan a lot more if I'm really serious about this weight loss thing. I guess it just baffles me that so many calories are in some foods! ARGH! Especially cheese!?? I love cheese! *whines*

3lbs in a week... neat... I'm kinda stuck at 2lbs per week right now... but shoot - I can live with that...!!!! it only took me what.. 15 years to get this fat.. so hey -I can work with 8lbs per month gone!
