Hi Nic! OMG, I have eaten so much ginger I'm surprised I'm not made of the stuff. LOL Sometimes it helps take the edge off at least -- and thankfully I'm not actually vomiting, just nauseated. Frequently. It wast nearly all day every day for like 7 weeks straight, but then at around 14 weeks I started to get a break - only at nighttime - but this week it's coming back pretty fierce. Argh!

Ah well, it's all worth it, of course, and I know it could be SO MUCH worse (poor Kate Middleton!) and that helps a bit.

I'm super curious now about what you DID encounter! The whole process is just so darn fascinating to me, especially it can be both so similar and so different for every woman. So if you feel like it, you could Spark Mail me. :)

Thanks so much for checking on me, and for the suggestion! I need to try fresh ginger TEA again and see if that helps more than the candies, gums, etc. It's also saved me from many an IBS pain in the past!

emoticon Thanks for checking in with me! Hope you are ready for a great fall. Way to go with THM, too. My whole family easily lost weight and inches following this way of eating; but I have been off plan for months due to sickness. I've been able to maintain most of my weight loss though! Hoping to be back on plan after a couple more weeks of recovery.
