I have a very busy life with my job of normally 50 hrs per week plus doing university courses at the same time working towards a degree.

My Goals:
At my highest, I was 275 lbs. I want to get down to about 175-180 lbs. I also want to get in shape enough to do a little running, perhaps a 5k run or something. I now want to build muscle and get a real 'nice' look. Perhaps if I could ever be say about 200 lbs of 8-12% body fat.

My Program:
My program is very simple. I a eating healthier, watching calories, drinking only water and trying to exercise at least 10-20 min daily.

i have 2 dogs, one indoors and one out, my little dog isnt so hard to clean after, except if u put his toys away, he goes and gets them and carries them right back to where he had them...
my husband isnt even that hard to clean after
i think i am the problem, i just let things go until it just seems like a huge job.
